The first two-story house of the city , old habitation of a traditional family called Baís, that was built between the years of 1913/1918. It is now a Historical Patrimony and it was recuperated in 1995. And now is the center of the Convention Bureau, with tourist information office and space for permanent exhibitions of art and musical shows. It is one of the most visited tourist points.
